Return & Refund Policy

At GarageIssue, all pieces are original one-of-one posters sourced from vintage magazines. Because of the unique nature of each item, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item.

To request help with a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at garageissueposters@gmail.com
 or through Instagram at @garageissue.

Please include:

your order number
clear photos of the item
clear photos of the packaging
a brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

a full refund to your original payment method
a partial refund, if appropriate

We do not offer refunds for:

change of mind
accidental orders
minor variations in color, tone, paper texture, or vintage wear consistent with original magazine-sourced material
delays caused by carriers after shipment

Because each piece is sourced from original print material, slight signs of age, paper variation, or small imperfections may be present and are considered part of the character of the piece.
